about

Still clamoring to escape from the depths of Luke Simpson's vast cranium, Egil MacDoughal explodes with passion, in the form of a rock song! This is an omen of grim portent, a foreshadowing of many future 'splosions.

lyrics

Chartreuse moon above the heads of the trees
Soapstone keys have tied the score
Larks which sing of the breeze sing no more

Stylish wigs upon the heads of the crones
Crumbling bones have formed a ring
Chimes which sound crystal tones wavering

Pastoral rumble
Lines are drawn
Factory roundhouse fells the khan
Glamorous faucet fuels the fire
Murmuring lodestone
Rouse the ale
Pour juice and scale Knucklebone Spire

Diamond figs within the heads of the clones
Tumbling stones have crushed the roads
Clues which hide in the drones' secret codes

Pastoral rumble
Lines are drawn
Factory roundhouse fells the khan
Glamorous faucet fuels the fire
Murmuring lodestone
Rouse the ale
Pour juice and scale Knucklebone Spire

Great puce moon above the heads of the weeds
Pumpkin seeds have filled the lea
Vines which mark the misdeeds of the free

Pastoral rumble
Lines are drawn
Factory roundhouse fells the khan
Glamorous faucet fuels the fire
Murmuring lodestone
Rouse the ale
Pour juice and scale Knucklebone Spire

Shortly thereafter he hit his head and forgot about it, spending a decade working as a software engineer.

He fortuitously hit his head again in 2017 and—his memory returned—is making music now.
